Originally from Idaho, Randy traded potatoes for palm trees and headed to Southern California to hone his craft as an actor. After receiving a degree in Theatre Arts from Boise State University, he moved to Los Angeles, where he continued his studies with The Atlantic Theatre Company and The Stella Adler Theatre along with numerous other acting, voiceover, and improvisation classes throughout Los Angeles .  He was lucky enough to train in longform improvisation with former Groundlings director Stan Wells and performed under his direction with The Waterbrains at the Empty Stage Comedy Theatre in Los Angeles.  In addition to numerous commercials and voice-overs, he has appeared in many films and television shows, most recently in a co-starring role on Showtime's "Masters of Sex" and as Keith The Plumber on "The Daily Show with Trevor Noah".  Randy has also appeared in several plays, including the world premiere of "Drop", which made it's debut at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C and co-starred with "Glee's" Jayma Mays in "The Ruling Class" with The National American Shakespeare Company at The Knightsbridge Theatre in Burbank, CA.  Later this year, catch Randy in Lee Daniel's new film "The United States vs Billie Holiday" as the infamous Senator Joseph McCarthy and as Barney, the Maître d of the Trocadero in David Fincher's Netflix film, "Mank".
